This is a picture of what is called love marks. These types of common marks come about when you are giving your car some "love" by wiping it down, waxing all the time, or a tunnel car can make these types of marks really quickly. 

This is a great reason to have your paint enhancement done. If the scratches are light it will just need a polish. If the scratches are too deep it will be advised to Buff the paint.

This is the only way to achieve that mirror-like finish on just one pass. This type of job can take 3 plus hours to finish with just one pass. Once that finish is achieved then the paint should be protected. With a wax, sealant, or a Hybrid ceramic coating.
